VSF membership

The Association of Souvenir Manufacturers (VSF) is an entrepreneurial organization and responds to the changing expanding market by positioning itself as a party in consultation structures with organizations in the field of tourism, recreation and leisure.

VSF also aims to play a role in advising on the creation and implementation of tourist and recreational attractions and the possible implementation of regulations in its field of work. The VSF organizes the Souvenir Fair every year in January. See further on this website.

Newcomers to the fair must first become a member of the association and after 2 years of membership can opt for a member discount on the square meter price. This measure is intended to prevent new fair participants from canceling their membership of the association after 1 year. In the first year of membership, in addition to a contribution of € 410, you also pay an entrance fee of € 410 (excluding VAT).

The VSF is affiliated with the Dutch Association of Wholesalers (NVG). Being a member of the NVG means being part of joint advocacy on behalf of your industry and being supported in finding solutions to industry-specific questions. There you will find information about, among other things, the collective discount schemes with Buma and Sena (music licences), TNT Express (shipping costs) and Meeùs (company insurance).
