Exhibiting at the Souvenir Fair
Please note only companies from the Netherlands and the EU are allowed as an exhibitor on this Fair.
Hereby the most important allocation and size of the stand:
- Members of The Dutch Association of Souvenir Manufacturers (VSF) are given priority in the allocation of a stand on the Fair.
- Standbuilders and Standard Stands larger than 20 sq will be automatically placed at the Main Deck.
- Standard stands and own builders with a size smaller than 20 sq meters will be placed at he other Decks.
- The receival date of the apllication form will be decisive. The board of VSF will decide in case of agreement.
- The minimum size of a stand you can hire will be 4 sq.meters.
Standard stand
If you do not have your own stand, you are welcome to use the standaard stand (see photo). The standard stand has white standwalls, carpet tiles (you can choose out standard colors), company name on the fascia and per 12 sq mtr two spots. Under the 12 sq mtr no spot included. The minimum size you can rent is 4 sq mtrs. The cost of a standard stand in 2020 is € 39,50 /m², exclusive VAT, participation fee, sockets etc.
